Mom has been attempting to teach me how to do the “Bang, play dead” dog trick. It’s been a rough night, and I have decided that it is better to bark at her, try to jump at her, and try to get the toy in her arm . . . than it is to actually try to do the trick.
And of course, instead of doing the trick, I roll over. And so Mama has decided, it will take me some extra time to actually learn any fun tricks, but it was worth a shot, and I look cute doing it.
(She calls me “Chom,” which is my Vietnamese nick name.) The frustration of a poor mom and a stubborn shih tzu is presented in the first video.

Don’t give up, mom. The bang trick was one of the most time consuming trick I’ve ever taught Chooey! But when she got, she never got enough of it.

Shih tzu puppies are friendly, happy and outgoing housedog but they also need to socialized with other dogs. I really like shih tzu because they don’t hunt and they don’t bark and specially they’re so adaptable who can be comfortable with any type of location as long as they’re with you.
