I think it’s a toss-up, but Mom and I have to feel super sorry for the mermaid puppy. Poor puppy is all dressed up and can’t move! We are guessing that he’s a baby Labrador retriever, but it’s possible that he’s another breed.
I would not be happy if Mom dressed me up as a mermaid. I love running around too much!
BOL!! I think the puppy is adorable, but most likely very uncomfortable in that fish tail! I would chew it off!
