My best friend, Chanh is still at my house.
(Remember how I told you Mama wants to keep him? She is putting off giving him back to my grandparents for as long as possible. Shih Tzu -a-holic, I told you!)
Well, here is the reason that she thinks he and I need to be together. (The video quality is bad, since Mama snapped the video on her iPhone.)
Warning – You may be dizzy from cuteness overload!
I normally sleep a lot, but when I am with Chanh, we do a lot of wrestling and tumbling and play fighting. It’s like he’s one of my litter mates. I guess that’s how I would have played with my doggie brothers and sisters. It’s part of doggie socialization or something like that.
Chanh and I never bite each other too hard. No one ever screams. We just lunge and go after each other until we are tired. Then, we pass out.
There’s a chance that Chanh and I might become siblings in a few years.
My grandparents are talking about retirement, so it’s possible that Mama can talk her way into keeping him. (When she is more settled and can handle permanently taking care of two dogs.) But for now, I get to see him every other weekend.
I’m going to be sad when he has to go back home.
The below photo was taken in January 2011 of Chanh and me. He used to be black and white when he was younger, but now he is mostly gray and white. Aren’t the two of us precious sharing my pink doggie bed?
